Hi, I’m Helen — Coach, Trainer & Spiritual Healer.
A former corporate girl who traded deadlines for divine timing, spreadsheets for soul work, and pressure for purpose.

I help big-hearted humans rediscover their spark — to reconnect with their spirit, embrace their inner magic, and build lives that feel beautifully balanced and authentic.

I’m based in North Leeds for in-person sessions, and I also work with clients online across the UK and beyond.

Like many of us, my spiritual path began long before I realised it.

I grew up in Canada surrounded by stories — Indigenous tales that spoke of our connection to the Earth, Chinese legends filled with dragons and lanterns, Japanese paper cranes symbolising hope, and Catholic teachings about Angels and miracles. My childhood was alive with wonder, imagination, and love for people.

When I moved to England at ten, something shifted. The magic grew quieter, replaced by school exams, expectations, and practicality. But it was never lost — just waiting.

At 24, I discovered T’ai Chi Gong, and the energy  began to flow again. From there, Reiki found me — first Usui, then Angelic Reiki — and my path truly opened. With every healing, I felt more connected to the Earth, to spirit, and to myself.

For years, I worked in the corporate world. I loved the people, but the pace and pressure slowly dulled my light. The environment wasn’t kind to spirituality — it felt safer to hide that side of me.

Still, Angelic Reiki was my lifeline. It became my sanctuary; a space where I could breathe, heal, and remember who I was.

But as work demands grew, I drifted again — until my body and spirit said, “Enough.”
A collapse at a Christmas market became my wake-up call. I had pushed too hard, cared too much, and forgotten to nurture myself.

That was the moment I began my return home — to myself, my heart, and my purpose.

Now, I bring all the threads of my life together — the corporate experience, the coaching and training, and the deep spiritual healing that saved me — to help others do the same.

I combine practical tools for resilience with spiritual wisdom, helping you find balance, confidence, and joy.

I believe in laughter, kindness, connection, and creating space for the extraordinary within everyday life.
